All ground shipping to you from Gemma within the US is free! You can also make a note if you would rather pick up the item in store.  Just add it in the notes at check out!

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, it’s ok! We want you to love everything you have from us. You have 14 days if the tags are attached and the item is eligible to return. See details below:

-Attached to the apparel merchandise will be a tag.  Do not remove the tag unless you are confident you want to keep the merchandise.  If the tag is removed, we will not be able to accept the return. All non apparel items(jewelry, accessories, giftables, etc), camis/legwear/bralettes, and final sale items are non returnable.

-All merchandise must not be worn, used, or altered upon return. Merchandise must be returned in original condition.

-All eligible returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment or purchase.

-All online purchased returns must be communicated to [email protected] only.

-Online purchases can be returned in store!

-In order to process your return, please alert [email protected], noting the item(s) you are returning and reason for return.  Please ensure all items you are returning match our requirements as listed above. Once email is sent to create an alert on the return, you can ship your return to at the customers expense. (Gemma is not responsible for cost of return shipping):

-If you would like to return an item you bought in the store by shipping it back to us; just include your original digital receipt when contacting us!

-If you received a damaged item or the item you received is not what you ordered, we will send a return label for you to ship the item back.  If your shipping label expires or you have any other issues with your shipping label, we will not issue another label.

-Gift cards can not be returned, reimbursed or cashed out.Gift cards are final sale.


At the point of return, you can:

  1. Receive reimbursement on original credit card OR,
  2. Exchanges for a like item in another size or color can only be made at our Uptown Westerville location if the item is in stock.  Otherwise if you would like to exchange through an online purchase, you can return your items as listed above then re-purchase the new item you would like.
  3. Receive a merchandise credit to be spent at a later date (merchandise credits do not expire)
    1. Cash reimbursement is only eligible in store when an item is purchased originally in cash.

We are not responsible for postage fees for returns and shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject transactions (purchases, returns or exchanges).

Final sale items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded


Did your new favorite item go on promotion or sale RIGHT after you bought it?  No worries, we will honor price adjustments within 3 days of transaction.  Shipping can not be adjusted. Please contact [email protected] if you have a price adjustment need.

All online purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of transaction approval Monday-Friday.

All returns will be processed within 24 hours after receipt of goods and everything meets the above requirements.

We choose to use PayPal & Square as our main credit card hosts for secure transactions online!

All in store transactions are processed through Square.

Are you buying a gift?  If so, let us know in the order notes! The item will be wrapped the way we normally wrap our shipments (with the Gemma touch!) and instead of a note from us on the thank you card, it can be a note from you! Please detail all requests through the checkout process.
