Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

All full priced apparel items (unless noted otherwise) are able to be returned within 14 days of purchase date or date when the apparel is received in the mail.  For apparel returns, all tags must still be attached (as received), the clothing must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. 

All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

All accessories (jewelry, hair, handbags, etc) are FINAL SALE.

All camis and bralettes are FINAL SALE.

Other items may be included if noted in the product page.  When noted final sale, this item can not be exchanged or returned.

At the time of applicable return, the customer can either decide to receive full reimbursement as paid in original receipt or store credit.

The Gemma Shop has the right to refuse returns.

All returns must be initiated by sending an email to shopatgemma@gmail.com

Note; shipping package expenses for returns must be paid for by the customer.

 If you are local, you are allowed to drop off the return.  Please arrange with shopatgemma@gmail.com to arrange a no contact drop off time.
